Whether you are looking for full-time employment, flexible hours around family life, or experience while studying, we offer ‘the right people’ rewarding opportunities to meaningfully support people in their local community.

Continuity Of Care

At North Dublin Home Care, we are passionate about delivering truly person-centred care that protects and promotes the dignity, independence, privacy, and wellbeing of every person we support.

We understand that support needs do not only arise during standard working hours. Many of the people we support require assistance in the mornings, evenings, and at weekends to help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

To ensure continuity of care and consistent support for service users, all Home Support Workers are required to contribute to a level of flexible working that reflects the real needs of the people using our services.

Typical working patterns may include:

  • Monday to Friday morning and evening shifts
  • A buddy system of working e.g. week 1: three full working days, week 2: four full working days
  • Weekend-only schedules
  • Evening-only schedules

We believe this approach helps us provide reliable, person-centred support while also offering flexibility for staff with different lifestyles, family responsibilities, or study commitments.

Home Support Worker Rates

  • Great pay €14.31 – €.36.27, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus, premium rates apply Monday to Friday after 5pm and on weekends.
