Our Home Support Workers
At North Dublin Home Care, our Home Support Workers are at the heart of everything we do. They are the people who build trusted relationships, provide compassionate support, and help people to live independently and with dignity in the place they call home.
As a social enterprise, we are committed to investing in our people. We believe that supporting our Home Support Workers through high-quality training, professional development, and excellent terms and conditions enables them to deliver the very best care. By creating a positive and supportive working environment, we have built a dedicated and experienced workforce that is passionate about making a difference every day.
With a team of more than 100 Home Support Workers and care professionals, we are proud to have one of the most experienced workforces in the sector. Some members of our team have chosen to build their careers with us for over 30 years. Their knowledge, compassion, and commitment help us deliver the consistent, person-centred support that individuals and families value so highly.
We know that continuity of care matters. By valuing and supporting our Home Support Workers, we have achieved high levels of staff retention, meaning the people we support are more likely to be cared for by familiar faces who understand their individual needs, preferences, and routines.
