The Menopause Award

We are proud to announce that North Dublin Home Care were Finalists in the Menopause Workplaces Excellence Awards. This award is a sponsored award offered in partnership between The Menopause Hub and Great Places to Work, that highlights organisations that are creating supportive experiencing environments for women menopause.

It recognises those employers that are putting in place supports and reasonable accommodation for those impacted by menopause symptoms at work. As leaders in ‘doing the right thing’ NDHC had already implemented awareness, education and training for all colleagues, managers, supervisors, HR and Menopause Champions, supported by a menopause policy, but we are overwhelmed with gratitude for being put forward for this award.
